24 oz can: Aroma is cardboard, hops, alcohol, and skunkiness. Appearance is a clear golden with a medium to large white head. Taste is kind of sour and just bad...damn this isn’t good at all. Seriously. No! Dislike. Thumbs down. The only redeaming quality is that it’s 12% if you want to get drunk. If you’re expecting taste or anything like that. Not here...Good God. No cheers here. uvajed (188) - Ravenna, Ohio, USA - MAR 14, 2011
$1.19 in 24oz can, 12% ABV. Enough said, but I’ll continue anyway. Most malt liquors are bad, but this foul concoction is perhaps the least palatable iteration of beer yet brewed. Was this designed to be some sort of industrial cleaning solvent, or an exotic motor fuel? Curiosity often gets the better of me, and I’ve tried many modestly-priced brews, but holy sheep shit, Earthquake is horrible. Makes Camo seem like a premium micro lager.
At least it will get you fucked up, and the bad taste encourages you to chug it so as not to prolong the pain. That gives it some value, I guess. r464 (2362) - Earth, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 4, 2011
Coppery gold in color with a thin white head. Rather terrible. Although you wouldn’t think that it is 12% ABV, there is a distinct alcohol burn, and you feel as though you may be drinking something that is meant to clean electric razors. Mild fermented apple and malt, perhaps old gym sock as well. MrChopin (4304) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - JAN 27, 2011

Richmond 13th, courtesy of Butters. Medium clear gold, fizzy. Corn aroma. Horrifyingly sweet corn flavor. Strange honeysuckle note at least adds some character. Nasty. MaltDawg (1344) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - JAN 15, 2011
(Sample Date: 1/19/2011 Source:Other) Sherry honey notes over caramel aroma. Crystal clear honey golden with little head. Honey with big hot alchohol. Burns all the way down! Sweet honey flavors. Medium slick mouth feel. Finish is sweet and very warming. This ought to get you there in a hurry. Drake (14059) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JAN 15, 2011
Can from Harris Teeter Charlottesville - Barracks. Pours a clear golden medium creamy white head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of grain, corn, green bananas and rubbing alcohol. Insanely sweet and grainy with green bananas, peaches, fusel alcohol notes. Medium bodied. unclemike (3170) - Junction City Kansas, Kansas, USA - DEC 4, 2010
Can. Yellow/gold, with a white head. Aroma is corn, grain, sugar, and alcohol. Flavor is sugar, fruit, alcohol, and corn. Rather sweet. The alcohol is not as in your face as I expected, but it is certainly there. dyetube (1378) - Hurst, Texas, USA - DEC 3, 2010
This beer pours a dull yellow with a thin white head. The aromas are alcohol, bread and more alcohol. The mouthfeel is sticky and dry with a big alcohol warmth. Wanna get messed up drunk? This is your beer! Wanna enjoy your beer? This isn’t your beer. It’s a cheap drunk (and boy do I mean cheap).
