From growler. Has a nice hoppy snap to the aroma, noble hops beany quality, reminiscent of a lager almost. Pale light golden clear, with very thin white foamy head that dissipates pretty quickly. Light bodied with medium carbonation. Starts with nice hop bite and carbonic acidity. Pale malt sweetness, ending with mild hop taste and not much bitterness. This is a very easy-drinking beer and I can see finishing off a growler pretty quickly. Nice cream ale. I’d like to see this again. Beerman6686 (6607) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 1, 2012
This poured a light yellow color with a white head. Aroma was pretty much not existent some sweeter malt and not much else. Flavor was much the same. Had to give it all medium scores because there was nothing offensive at all, but nothing good either. Not sure how theis won the homrew competition., i’d hate to see the other entries.
