750mL. Clear tea amber pour with yeast floaties. Weak head formation. Nose is nutty, hoppy, mild maple, dark cherry, prune. Taste is again quite hoppy for style, even piney, mild maple, orange candies. A bit medicinal with spruce, pine, orange cough syrup. Not cloying or sticky, quite the hop bomb for style. Bottle shared by Noodleuser: pours a clear dark copper amber with a spotty-lacing white head. Has a fresh resiny hoppy nose with lightly sweet biscuity malty notes. Starts with pretty good fullness and sweet dark caramel notes with a smooth grassy hoppy bitterness before a drier bittersweet finish.

Bottle shared by noodleuser. Pours clear amber with a medium, fizzy off-white head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is cookie and biscuit malt with spicy and earthy hops with pear esters. 750 from Capone’s. Pours turbid muddy brown with a finger of tan head. Nose is caramel malt, hops, earthy brown sugary figgy fruit. Tastes of caramel malt, earthy, cobwebby figgy brown sugar, big hops.
