Growler. Poured cloudy yellow. Slight, swirly, white fiz head. Aroma of tart apples, that hits as soon as you raise the glass. Up front flavor, of tart apples. Lingering sweetness in the end. Fizzy, bubbly mouth feel.

Growler generously shared by Deuane. Pours a cloudy golden yellow color that is completely opaque with a one finger frothy white head. Decent retention, slowly fading into a lasting ring that leaves sporadic spots of lace behind. Sweet, slightly tart aroma with hints of apple, pear and citrus as well as some earthy funk. Looks, smells and tastes more like a berlinerweisse than a cider. Medium bodied wth a nice balance of sweet light fruit and earthy tart funk. was expecting this t be much sweeter but t was pretty complex with a decent bread/yeast character and some lactic, tart sourness.

Pours a very pale light almost milky yellow. Very little white head. Aroma is is apple, honey and bubblegum. Flavor is pretty sweet up front, but finishes with a dry note. Tastes more like apple juice than cider. Light thin body.

From growler. Wonderful fresh apple cider aroma. Musky and fruity with sweetness and no off aromas. Hazy golden amber body to pale golden clear, depending on dregs or not. This white head. Medium light body with medium carbonation. Beautiful flavor here. Fresh pressed cider and apple juice sweetness, nice carbonic bite. Bursting with apple flavor and just a hint of tartness. Smooth clean finish, a real quencher. My wife’s favorite East End offering to date.

This poured a cloudy light yellow with as small fizzy white head. Aroma was of sweet and tart apples and light musty funk. Flavor was upfront a bit mouth puckering tart and dry apples and finishes with some cheesy funky notes.
