Danish: Vores håndbryggede særlige stout er drikkevenlig, balanceret og smækfuld af smag. Den er en fin følgesvend når kulkælderen kalder. Den er engelsk-irsk i sin oprindelse og krydring, og står i kontrast til de lidt nisseølagtige stouts, man ofte møder på markedet. Brygget af 5 slags malt og 2 slags lækker engelsk humle og vi lagrer den i 6 måneder, inden vi tapper den.

From tap at Fermentoren Aarhus. Pours blacish with a Reddish hue. Small off White head. Aroma has Nice roast, some chocolate, licorice, very clean. Taste is medium sweet, licorice, light roasty bitter. Medium Full body and a light carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Black. Roasted barley, liquorice and soy aroma, and a big, roasted malty flavour with notes of liquorice. Full, sweetish taste that finishes dry and bitter, with some ash. Full body, and a soft and smooth texture. Overall, a great stout. Full, tasty and well balanced.

Date says 09/2016 which I assume means Bottled at. black color, small coffee-colored head. smells nutty, hazelnuts, marzipan, not much other smells. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes nutty, marzipan, licorice, some caramel, some coffee, bit yoghurty, spices. finishes lightly sweet with notes of marzipan, nuts and spices. ok overall but not overly special

Bottle 0.5l. Very dark red to black body, small beige head. Aroma of chocolate, nuts, nouguat. Taste is roasty bitter, sweet. Chocolate, nuts, alcohol, roasted malts, honey. Full body, slicky creamy texture, medium carbonation.
Maybe a bit unbalanced, but still very good, silky and tasty.

Bottle 0.5l from trade with Camons, many thanks, René! Really dark red to brown colored. AROMA- dark chocolate, nougat, alcohol, touch of licorice. FLAVOR- velvety texture, slightly sweet, lightly bitter, warming, chocolate, nougat, note of sour cherries, slightly coaly finish. Fuller bodied.
Good one.

Bottle from BoxBeer. Very dark brown with a medium brown head. Malty and chocolate tones. Malt, chocolate, coffee and hops. Medium to full body with a long bitter / chocolate finish.

Bottle. Black with a large dark brown head with good retention, lace and regeneration. Honey, roasted malt, chocolate and mild wooden smoke in the nose. Flavour has chocolate, wood, chalk, flowers, charcoal. As it warms som metallic and slightly acidic notes show. Full body, oily texture, soft carbonation, medium/heavy sweet and bitter. Roasted finish with cocoa and chocolate. Not bad.

Black hazy body and a dark brown hazy head. Nice creamy "micro brew" texture. Aroma of espresso coffee, dark chocolate. Lots of taste. A really well balanced taste. Heavy sweet and very light bitterness.
