It’s warm golden with a huge, creamy head and the aroma has notes of malt, biscuit and light fruit. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of malt, niscuit, caramel and the finish is slightly dry. It’s very harmonic, soft and pleasant. ganache (6088) - New Jersey, USA - JUN 13, 2012
Bottle. Light grassy nose. Taste a nice mix of flowers and fresh-mown grass, and a nice helping of dough. Caramel, spice, sweet but dries, medium body is probably too crisp. Tasty! omhper (25948) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - MAY 29, 2015
Bottled. Hazy pale golden, small head. Dryish with light-medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Slender bready malt. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle, from Vroni’s in Bamberg. Deep gold, moderate white head and good condition. Good grassy hop dominant in the nose with some sweet malt floating around just beneath the surface. Sweet fruity malt and delicate but solid hoppiness in the mouth with caramel becoming apparent as it warmed. PLeasant sweet malt and chalky hop bitterness in the finish.

Head is initially small, frothy, white, mostly diminishing.
Body is light to medium yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (herbs, flowers), lightly yeasty (dough), with notes of lime/lemon juice and ginger.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter.
Light to medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation.
Somewhat odd, pilsner-ish rendition. I can’t really fault it for anything specific...it’s clean and bright and bitter/balanced, but it does come off a little generic and haphazard. Almost as if not made by a German brewer. Hard to describe. Good, though. KyotoLefty (10808) - Kyoto, JAPAN - SEP 23, 2015
Bottle from Landbierparadeis. Malty nose, biscuits and bread, lemon, grass. Brilliant deep gold, clear, with a fine head. A bit of DMS in the mouth, honey, lemon. Decent but not great. JoeinDahlem (1604) - Berlin, GERMANY - AUG 17, 2016
Bottle, from Hopfen & Malz in Berlin. Pours clear gold with fairly sturdy, sticky white foam. Sweetish, bready nose, light graham cracker, baby powder, faint DMS. Balanced sweet and bitter, both in moderation, unexpected juicy fruit/pineapple (hop selection?) in the backdrop, nice lingering spicy-hop-bitter aftertaste. I make sense of it as a rustic, eccentric Helles. SaintMatty (7603) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - OCT 25, 2016
UPDATED: OCT 25, 2016 500ml Bottle - Golden in colour. Grain, biscuity malt and straw in the aroma. Biscuity and malty taste with bread, grain, caramel and an earthy and minerally bittersweet finish.
