Hazy goldish orange with small to.medium floaties and a thin lasting hazy white head. Smells like a belgian ale with toasted malt, cinamon, ginger and light citrus. Full creamy frothy body. Twstes sweet fruit peach, ginger, cinnamon and banana wheatness. No cookie here whatsoever. False advertising.

disgusting beer... extreme and ugly in it’s sweetness and the speculoos flavour is absurdly artificial.... baaah

Bottle. Dark golden, cloudy, small and fully diminishing head. Moderate, malty and sugary sweet aroma, caramel, spiciness (cinnamon). Body is medium, malty and sugary sweet flavor, caramel, spiciness. Finish is average, malty and sugary sweet, some caramel, spiciness and some alcohol. Really not very enjoyable.

Golden colour medium bubbly head, smell is fresh but also sharp from the typical speculoos/cinamon smell, medium carbonation with a more clear speculoos taste, especially in the aftertaste the cinaomon keeps a while togheter with a medium bitterness, i was afread that it would be too sweet but it is not

Draft at Brussels Beer Festival. Pours cloudy brown with a thick off white head. Aroma of cinnamon, biscuits and malt. Flavour is medium sweet and light to moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. It really is like drinking nice cinnamon cookies!

Bottle @ Delirium. At last! My epic search for Cookie Beer has reached its end. But is it worth the trip to Belgium? Pours deep brown with a medium tan head. The nose is bright spicy ginger powder, brown sugar, and vanilla. Hints of sweet chocolate. The taste strongly resembles a ginger snap with some chocolate syrup. Sickly sweet. This beer’s mildly astringent, and definitely drinks up to its 8% ABV. Full and syrupy. Overall, not good. Sweet and hard to drink (a shock!).

UPDATED: MAY 30, 2012 33cl bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy opaque yellow with alot of yeast particles in it. White to off-white head that’s quickly gone. Smell slightly malts, a hint of banana, sugar. Taste is pretty sweet, sugary, some banana and something weird. Low to medium body, low to medium carbonation.
