Bottled at 3rd Brugs BF. Hazy golden yellow, white head. Aroma of speculoos and typical Belgian blond ale notes with some coriander. Flavour is sweet, speculoos, light fruity, bit malty. Pours a surprisingly pale golden colour and an unremarkable thin line of foam. A pleasant sweet aroma, nothing jumping out. Very pleasant taste cold, but as it warms the spices become more prominent until unbearably so - cinnamon, nutmeg, mace, perhaps? Decent carbonation, thin slightly creamy body. pours a hazy golden, thick white head.
Aroma was overly yeasty, with candi sugar, cookie dough, some light citrus scent, and a typical nose that was reminescent of speculoos cookie.

CAB ROOKIES URINE ESSENCE !
This beer looked great on pouring - thick and creamy and a sweet smell. The sediment looked a little dodgy, rich and anaemic, and on top sat some brown. The taste started bad and got much worse. The first beer I simply couldn’t finish. Neither beer or cookies !
