Keg at the taproom, 08/11/14.
Clear golden with a moderate off white covering.
Nose is pale malts, orange, straw, light grapefruit, earthy hop notes.
Taste comprises madarin, straw, orange pith, light bread dough, caramel malt.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semui drying close.
Ok easy drinker but lacks any hop presence and depth. mcberko (18082) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 30, 2017
22 oz. bottle, seems infected as it pours a cloudy dark orange with a massive beige head with too good retention. Aroma is loaded with spicy hops, tons of yeast, and sulphur. Flavour is very yeasty, with earthy hops, muddy yeast soup and sulphur. Obvious something wrong with this. Not impressive. Oakes (17831) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 30, 2017
Hazy, amber. thin head. It foamed right up, and ends up being quite infected on the nose. Not sure what’s up, but it’s infected. Burnt electrical wire and phenolic paints and shit. Fizzy. Same infected issues. Yikes. Can’t drink this. Ferris (15906) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 31, 2017

Clear deep golden hue with a fluffy, foamy, off white head. Big resiny and leafy nose of earthy hops. Crisp and big hoppy flavor with a ton of earthy leafy hops, lots of bitterness, a bit of grapefruit rind, a bit of floral bitterness, and a bit of boozy undertones. douglas88 (9425) - Portland, Oregon, USA - DEC 14, 2013
Bomber from Belmont. Pours a clear dark copper color with a large off-white head. Lots of lacing. The aroma is big herbal tea, oranges, caramel. The flavor is slightly yeasty, some caramel, spices, malt forward, oranges, light bitterness. Very earthy and smooth. Almost woody. Good, but not what many will expect from a IPA. Head is initially average sized, frothy, off-white, mostly lasting.
Body is light to medium amber.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain, cookie), lightly hoppy (grapefruit).
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter.
Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic.
Very dull aroma (maybe not fresh?), but a decent flavor balance. Ok but pretty uninteresting. 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - MAR 19, 2014
Bottle:   Looks good, smells like a moderately hopped example.   Clean bitter start, smooth, soft pith and a touch of citrus peel on the back.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Moderate to strong hop bitterness on the backside.   Almost could use a touch more sweetness and malt strength to balance it out.   As is, would be a hop lovers dream despite it smelling a bit average, it packs a hoppy punch.   Decent offering, fairly solid. ajnepple (6707) - Denver, Colorado, USA - APR 2, 2016
22 oz bottled 4 months ago, purchased at Bullfrog Wine & Spirits. Hazy amber appearance with a fluffy, lingering beige head. Aroma of toasted grain, pine, grass, light caramel/toffee and nutty malts. Pretty similar in flavor, adding a light spicy, moderate bitterness and balanced by a light to mild malt sweetness. Medium bodied and pretty easy to drink with a light dry finish. Not bad, drinking much better than their Orbiter IPA of the same age.
