Old rating rerated 17.12.2017, tap @ Copenhagen Street Food:
Nice fizzy-creamy longlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry yeasty, wheat, yeast, grass, flowers, fruit stones, unripe banana, bubblegum, hay. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, weeds, yeast, sour grass, hay, minerals, flowers, wheat, fruit stones, unripe banana. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh yeasty mouthfeel. Fair enough, not as good as it used to be.

Wysoka piana ale szybko opada, lekko zmętnione. Aromat całkiem ok, banan, lekko alkoholowy. W smaku fajnie orzeźwiające, dość niskie wysycenie. Taki średni waizen, poprawny, dobry

Know the saying, "Wait a tick?" Well that happened to me recently. Was about to board my flight from Paris O RLY? airport to Lisbon and I spotted this bottle on a bar shelf. "Wait - a tick!" Gotta catch 'em all, so as Hillary Clinton would say, "Pokemon Go...to the bar!" Risked missing the flight for this, but I ended up catching both the tick and the plane. This beer is named for "Sound of Music" when the von Trap family is about to get rekt by Hitler for being Australian, so they pop on over the Alps to...I don't know...New Zealand? The beer pours hazy copper with a one finger white head. The aroma is nice, banana, spice, wheat, candy apple. Flavor is somewhat sweet and has a nice sweet marzipan note to it along with banana and caramel. Medium light feel, high carbonation, crisp. I actually enjoy a good hef, and this isn't bad.

Cheap and widely available hefe on tap. Light carbonation, hazy yellowish colour. Smooth sweet citrus flavour with slightly bland aftertaste. Usually served with a slice of lemon.

UPDATED: JAN 5, 2018 Nefiltrirano, mutno pivo, svijetle oranz boje i velike bijele pjene. Klasična aroma za pšenično pivo- banane i citrusa, pomalo arome sira i sirćeta. Skoro da nema gorčine, više ide prema slatkom. Prosječno pivo.

500ml bottle from DFDS ferry shop. Hazy yellow golden colour, white foam head leaving some lacing and aroma has banana, wheaty & yeasty notes. Taste is wheat grainy, honey, fruity with banana, citric, apple, and milky yeasty. Light bodied, foamy carbonation, semi-dry finish. Quite drinkable.

500 ml from keg. Pours foggy honey yellow coloured brew with a thin frothy white head that leaves not too much lacing. The aroma was pleasantly fruity with bubble gum, spicy yeast and some white bread notes. Lovely. The taste was crisp and really refreshing featuring wheat malt, citus, clove, green apple and yeast. Good levels of spritzy carbonation. Light body and extreme drinkability. My goodness, this is the very hefe I would need during a hot stifling summer day. A slice of lemon would complete this happiness for sure. The best summer weissbier for me so far.
