Nice taste, but a bit too orange taste. Consider it as a brother of Hogaarden.

Murky golden, small lasting creamy off-white head. Strong banana and citrus, lemon, malted wheat, candy. Sweet, light citric tartness. Medium body, soft carbonation, sweet estery finish. Not at all bad, aromatic, nice finish.

Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy yellow pour with slight reddish hue, two finger creamy white head. Very good head retention and nice looking lacing. Smell strikes as a bit weird at first, some relatively strong cardboard and hay off-notes. After a while it clears up a bit and then the nicer citrus and herbal part comes into play.
Thin to medium body, regular carbonation. Watery texture. Relatively sweet with mostly sour aftertaste. Aroma is herbal and floral, a touch of honey, a bit peppery, traces of caramel and cloves. Bubblegum. Grassy. Slightly dry finish with sweet and herbal mouthfeel.
Overall, good. Lacking in body a bit, but tasty nonetheless. drjoeng (1230) - SINGAPORE - JAN 8, 2017
5%ABV. German Hefeweizen.
Tapped out gold 5ºSRM. Cloudy gold.
Nose has banana, bubble gum aromas. The nose on second approach has deep musty, slightly yeasty aroma notes.
Mouthfeel is beery. Palate has stone dust and dry wood. Raw wheat flour and raw proofing dough. Hops are bitter and prominent, so other than the brief peek of fruitiness at the beginning, it is otherwise pretty hop-forward. Some nice body to the palate with broad minerality on second approach.
Finish is sweet and lightly beery. klukas (268) - Rijeka, CROATIA - DEC 11, 2016
Enjoyed: Poured from a bottle into a weizen glass.

Palate: Medium body, gentle carbonation.
Taste: Hint of sweetness (banana/pear), grass, spices.
Overall impression: Tasty and drinkable; nice bottle. einherjar (335) - Rijeka, CROATIA - NOV 24, 2016
