Cask at the Pigs Ear BF 2012 - London. Pours clear, dark gold with a fine, white cream head. Light ripe fruit nose with semi-dark malts. Light to medium sweet flavor with nice lightly toasted bread, mellow orange, very light leaves. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Great condition. Clear medium to dark amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, light bread and nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, sweet fruit, nutty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

Taste is dark fruit, toffee, a little smoke.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, bitter finish.
