COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our St Andrews Blonde has a positive attitude about it. Not many will sit on the fence with this one. Scott reckons it is his favourite.
It is full of personality which is consistent with its ingredients and their origins. The primary hop is the galaxy hop from Australia which has a strong fruit flavour range which covers a spectrum from apricot to pineapple, yet has a balancing grapefruit bitterness on the palate. We reckon his beer has stacks of flavour and body but is hugely drinkable at just 3.8abv. Like the porter we cant wait to get feedback from a wider group of discerning consumers on the blonde.
Whilst this beer is definitely one to be consumed and savoured on its own it also pairs well with cheese and game dishes.
