COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The very first beer we ever brewed, in winter, before we had full power supply, hence the name. Its a Belgian classic fermented at high temperatures to bring out all those great saison yeast characteristics. Big aromas of fruit and spice carry through into the flavor. The result is hearty and complex, yet wholly drinkable.

Kolor: Bursztynowy, klarowny. Piana: Biała, drobnopęcherzykowa, o średniej trwałości, ładnie zdobi szkło. Zapach: Sfermentowane jabłka, białe winogrona, przyprawy gdzieś tam w tle. Smak: Na samym początku odrobina słodyczy, potem kwaśność i na końcu zalegająca goryczka. Moim zdaniem piwo słabo trafiające w styl i oglnie kiepskie.

Doesnt leave an impression of a belgian beer, possibly lacks the belgian yeast taste. Aroma medium. A bit sour, but alright.

Tap at BeerGeek. Amost clear amber body, high white head. Aroma of roses, apples, hips, honey, liqueur. Taste is neutral with very gentle sweetness behind. Flowers, resiny, yeast, liqueur, touch of caramel. Full body, high carbonation.
Nicely balanced amber saison.

On tap. I was not impressed. Some lacing (now that I think if it, does this even matter?), subdued aroma, minor foaming. Lingering aftertaste which devolves over time. Sorry, this one is a pass....meaning I wont drink it again.

Bottle @ Belmont Party Supply / Dayton OH --- Aroma of caramel malt. Hazy dark amber, frothy white head that finally drops to a full cover, thick cobwebs of lace. Taste is caramel malt, light carbonation, and just a hint of sour in a lightly buttered finish. Doesnt seem like a Saison, but quite good none-the-less.
