Magnificent looking pink tinged pour with big fluffy head. Familiar barnyard funk in the aroma, along with berries and a light honey. The taste is by turns sweet berries and honey, funky barnyard yeast, then dry lemon and coriander astringency with the funk still persisting as well. Medium bodied. I really like this one and find it highly refreshing on a warm summer night. NBird (626) - Perth, West Australia, AUSTRALIA - NOV 22, 2014
Looks.. Peachy amber, small white head.
Smells.. Loads of berries, a little farmyard and malt.
Tastes.. Mash of berries, blueberries most present, light spice and saison character. RafeAU (629) - Los Angeles, California, USA - JUL 26, 2014
Tasting at Plonk. Five different berries in the mix, lambic/saison cross? Pours pink and fizzy. Berry flavours come through strongly, has a nice mellow sourness without being mouth-twistingly tart like many lambics are. Refreshing. Jamesshaw (22) - - JAN 27, 2014
just had this beer. seems it was brewed a while ago, unless they have repeated the collaboration and done more batches. so i presume it has aged very well. farmhouse notes are excellent without being dominating and over the top. cant taste as much berries as i thought was gping to be there, but atleast its not sweet and sickling. really loved the faint berry and tart profile. could definatly introduce someone to the style with this beer, or i could just keep drinking this all summer ShaneJ (898) - AUSTRALIA - OCT 1, 2013
Bottle from Plonk. A peach colour with slightest pink tinge to it, lively but fading head, aroma is fruity, strawberry/raspberry, saison yeast, quite sweet, also spicy and a bit sour. Quite good balance I thought. Nice.

Pinkish tinge on an orange body. Short head. Berries on the nose and the taste, comes across tart and drinkable, refreshing, medium body but pretty straightforward. Rangi (672) - NEW ZEALAND - MAY 9, 2013
Really enjoyed this beer. It was tart, sour and refreshing nice flavours of berries but not over powering, artificial just complemented the beer nicely. Shame this came out in autumn it would have been a great summer drink. ALLOVATE (3056) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - MAY 6, 2013

Hazy peach with a thickset, snow-white pad of foam that laces well. Sour but fresh aroma of berries, peaches, lemon zest and orange sherbet. Featherweight in body, tart and tight in taste with not a lot going on to be honest. Carbonation is sprightly giving it the overall feel of sparkling wine. Snappy yeast bite and tart fruit acids in the finish. Berry and peach ever present throughout. Dry for the length. A champagne of beers my partner quite liked, but for me it was one-dimensional.
Very good looking beer. Pretty interesting, Sweet with plenty of raspberry/ berry, that dominate the taste and nose however there is the standard saison spiceyness and sourness. Quiet enjoyed this, a nice surprise. floydian1 (1478) - FNQ, Australia, - APR 16, 2013
750ml bottle from Oak Barrel bottleshop, Sydney. There is a faint pinkish hue to the golden body of this beer that lies beneath a bubbly white head that lasts and clings to the glass. Rather obvious aromas of berries (raspberries mainly) on top of light malts and spicy hops and this is reflected on the tongue with a nice dry tart finish. Certainly not sickly syrupy sweet like so many fruit beers I have tasted. Palate is quite light and lively with a medium-light body for the ABV. Accurately described as a berry Saison.
