COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Two gypsy brewers collide on this project. Jeppe from Evil Twin, based in New York, & Adam from Edge, based in Melbourne, team up to provide you this delightful drop, brewed at Hawkers Brewery, Vic. Pilsner malt, rye and a hint of wheat make up the grist, complimented by a German and American hop combo, with a pilsner yeast. Dry, spicy & crisp!

Bottle - pours hazy pale gold with a white head. Aroma is citrus, bready malt and mild bit of fruit. Taste is dominated by the malt, finish us a bit cardboardy.

Muggus69 (2657) - Yarram, Vic, AUSTRALIA - FEB 26, 2016
Draught @ GABF 2016, Geelong Pale straw, creamy white head. Not a great deal on the nose - grainy malts, touch of spice, floral sort of hops. Clean body, medium weight & carbonation. Soft toasty grainy malts on the body, bit of a peppery edge to it but subtle overall, clean finish. Rye adds a bit of interest, but nothing outstanding overall.

Davros (3258) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - FEB 16, 2016
Pours gold with a large head. Nose shows floral, spicy and herbal hops by the truckload along with some bready, grainy and biscuity malt. Flavours include grainy and bready malt along with more of the spicy and earthy hops.

Pyobon (1481) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - NOV 19, 2015
(Bottle) Slightly hazy golden yellow with very thin white head. Pleasant aroma with dominant vibrant citrus notes, with some floral, grainy and cardboard notes. Light body with excellent carbonation giving good mouthfeel. Good taste. Tart citrusy and a little herbal in the foretaste, with pleasant light malty mid palate. Stronger, darker flavours develop, with the rye giving notes of, well, rye and some cough-medicine sweetness in the background. This combines with a growing spice and hop bitterness for a good finish. Unusual, and very drinkable.

whoisghost (193) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - AUG 28, 2015
Bright gold in colour with a white fluffy head. Aroma of floral hops and spice, obvious hint of rye. There’s a floral hop taste up front, with a spicy bitterness courtesy of the rye - all of this was expected. Unexpectedly, however, is the huge malty backbone that rounds this beer out, not overly complex but superbly balanced. Crispy and dry finish, true to style. Well carbonated - this makes for an extremely refreshing beer.
