COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our lightest beer . A great organic beer. With an exceptionally crisp palate, this ale balances the light malt palate with a subtle bitterness. This ale is an ideal beer for those unaccustomed to micro-brewed beers. Made with pale, wheat, carastan and carapils malts. Hopped with Cascade, Saaz and Tettnang hops. Made with pride and great taste from the worlds first certified organic brewery.

3fourths (9345) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - JUL 21, 2017
From can it’s clear orange-gold with a short and unsustained head. Smells of grain ethanol, gunpowder, cake frosting, fabric, chemicals, not much in here that resembles hop or malt. In the mouth it’s light bodied, sweet and filmy, tangy and hooch-like in the finish with a poor malt liquor-like representation of pale malt (tasting of corn, saccharine, alcohol). All sorts of technical problems with this one.

Skyview (6056) - Papoose Jct, Minnesota, USA - SEP 5, 2016
Received a 12-oz bottle via trade as an extra. Pours a clear pale golden color brew with an average sized white head that slowly dissipates and leaves behind some spotty lacing. Aroma of golden grain malt, fruity profiles with a touch more golden grain malt than most golden ales. Flavor is light to medium bodied, golden ale taste with some mild herb hop character. Finish has a short and light spiced hop flavor followed by golden grain malt aftertaste. An average golden ale overall.
