COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with the finest organic malts and hops, our IPA features a bright-minted copper color and a crisp, yet smooth hop bitterness. Pale and crystal malts come through with a malty caramel sweetness, balanced with aggressively clean burst of fresh hop flavor in the middle palate without lingering bitter astringency. A strong floral and citrus character from generous dryhopping blends with strawberry esters from our house yeast strain for an inviting and satiating aroma.

RSRIZZO (2010) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - APR 1, 2016
12oz bottle (Courtesy of Headbanger) poured into a Shaker at 42°. Color is a deep copper with a slight haze and good carbonation giving it a small white head. Aroma is a malty scent with caramel and fruit. It has a lighter medium body with a crisp mouth feel. Flavor is light, some grain and sweetness with just a hint of fruit, then a little hop spice and mild bitterness. After taste is dry as the bitterness comes out a little more. Overall it’s a nice pale just nothing special.

Yased (267) - MEXICO - MAR 31, 2016

Bottle. Bronze in colour with medium carbonation. Aromas are of grapefruit, melon, and lager yeast. Flavors are of sharp bready malts, white grapefruit pith, and a bit of earth. Medium bodied with a lingering but pleasant bitterness. More pale ale than IPA in terms of hop level and balance. Decent.

Jado (803) - Camp Hill, AUSTRALIA - JAN 20, 2016
From 385 ml bottle. Honey-Amber body topped off by a creamy lasting white head. Light aromas of sweet malt, orange and pepper. Taste is tropical fruits up front before a firm piney bitterness. Quite a clean finish with a light fruity aftertaste. All the elements seem fine but they don’t really mesh together.
