TBone (17987) - Pori, FINLAND - JUN 21, 2017
Bottled 355ml (Beer Republic, no date mark)
Mostly clear golden color, small white head. Hop oily piney, resiny aroma. Medium-bodied. Front has fruity sweetish hoppyness, then pine and resin leading to citrusy finish. Bottle is in a good shape, must be outstanding from fresh tap. Tasty and balanced.

Pours two fingers of head on a clear straw body. Aroma is pine and grapefruit with some mango in the background. Really nice. Taste has a great grapefruit bitterness with pineapple sweetness. Texture is crisp. A really great IPA that hits the right spots.

BeerViking (4980) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 1, 2017
Bottle, pours golden and clear, albeit with trub in the bottle, and with a lasting fine white head. Aromas of bitter orange-caramel and a little resin. Initially slightly sweet and fruity with pleasing hoppy flavours, but then an overpowering acrid and faintly medicinal bitterness sweeps in and wipes the flavour out.

Bottle:   Amberish, faint haze, pillowy sandy head, nice lacing.   Big citrusy hop nose, smells a bit candied.   Not as bright or sweet on the tongue as the nose suggests.   A bit muted, but still flavorful.   More pith and peel on the tongue, yet it seems as if its candied citrus peel on the nose.   Soft bitterness too, not over the top.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Smooth finish, a bit less bright and sweet as the nose suggested, and not as hoppy as one would think.   Still decent.
