On tap at Papago Brewing in Phoenix. This was absolutely delicious. Notes of vanilla and pear over a great, intense, wonderfully sharp classic American strong ale taste. Caramel malt holds it all together. A perfect balance. Highly recommended.

Pours amber with a small, staying creamy off-white head. Aroma has sweet malts, caramel, toasted, soft astringency. Medium carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has hard toasted caramel, vinious, a mild oaky touch. Serious malty bitterness. Very chewy. Lovely.

Sampled from 22-oz bomber. Pours a clear dark cola brown colored brew with an average sized off-white head that slowly dissipates and leaves behind some excellent lacing. Aroma of black strap molasses, caramel malt, a hint of figs, brown sugar, chocolate and a hint of floral hops. Taste is full bodied, with flavors of caramel malt, chocolate, figs, a hint of brown sugar and some floral hops.
