Donkerbruin met lichtcreme kraag. Smaak niet al te uitbundig met vooral wat overrijp fruit.

Bottled. The aroma has caramel malts, hints of smoke, light touch of raisin. Clear, brown coloured beer with an off-white head. The taste is light bitter, bit sweetish, caramellic and hoppy. Nice bock, light smokey touch makes it excellent.

Bottle: Big white foamy head on top of a beautiful ruby red colored beer. Smell malts, grains, caramel, light toasty and dark spices. Taste is spicy and tingling on the tongue, lots of pepper, malts and dark spices, hints of sweets, hops and dark fruit.

Tap @ Utrechts bokbier ’10. Slight hazy orange color, medium head. Aroma of some caramel and grain, no smoke or whisky noticeable. Bit sweet taste, slightly bitter. I was expecting a bit more from this young brewery.
