Draught @ In de Wildeman, Amstedam. Brown. Tasty caramelised sugar and malt flavours. Tart fruity taste complements sweet flavours and liquorice quite well. Easy drinking finish.

Backlog. Bottle 2007 issue, enjoyed March 2008. Dark amber to brown color. Aroma’s: caramel, fruit, light acidity, some sweet malt retronasal. Flavor is medium sweet, roasted. Medium bodied. Finish is yeasty and rather bitter.

2009 bottle, 750. Thanks, Clint! Pours crystal clear medium amber with a dense and creamy tan head. Toffee and caramel nose. Mild dusty quality. Creamy body with very mild carb. Caramel and a hint of chocolate on the mid palate. Lightly spicy with an estery quality.
