Flavours of horseblanket, cheese, bitters, light tart, hay, grains, wild yeast, wood, cellar, herbs, grapes, lemon, hint of pepper and tarty peach.

If it’s 1% IPA I believe it as well. Just a nice Lambic beer but not really brewed by the good fella of the Eem... DwarfeD (3539) - Amersfoort, NETHERLANDS - SEP 13, 2014

Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of hops, sweat, funky brett. Bitter hoppy flavour, light brett. Bitter hoppy finish. De Troch version. Interesting experiment, was hoping for a bit more complexity though.

Bottle 60cl @Brewery during 1rst FRBG. Nose is very lemony and bretty like, The beginning is on the gueuse side with typical moist and brett touch, the finish is malty with still some brett touch. Very interesting. tom10101 (6263) - Quebec, CANADA - MAY 30, 2014
Bottle (22 oz). Shared by erickok at 1st RBFG, thanks! Hazy yellow with a medium mostly lasting off-white head and some lacing. Aroma is of leathery brettanomyces, caramel, mineral notes and lemon/citrus. Taste is also very leathery brettanomyces forward with a good malt backbone, mineral/earthy notes, lemon/citrus and light bitterness. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Dry finish. Not extremely complex, but it’s surprisingly good considering the two styles of beers that are blended together. erickok (6036) - Leuven, BELGIUM - MAY 30, 2014
Glowing yellow misty body and surprisingly stable head. Light funky, herbal, aged... it’s a bit cheating but it works. Classic hops come through too. Bit sharp in the taste but the carbonation balances a bit. Much better than expected. Although I still think it is cheating. :) (Bought at De Hopduvel, shared at the 1FRBG bottle share)
