Bottle 330ml @ yngwieyngwie (17053) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - NOV 24, 2012
Pours clear brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt. coffee, caramel, chocolate and brown sugar. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Bottle. A dense, finger-thick beige head of moderate size sits on top of a clear, dark brown body. The aroma is dominated by coffee, the butter-chocolate cream blending in. Roasted. It’s pleasantly carbonated, medium bodied and quite dry, with flavors of coffee and butter-chocolate cream. Caramel and croqant. Lasting finish with coffee dominating. Well, it’s sort of interesting, one might need some food to go with this, but I can’t imagine myself drinking a bottle by myself. 121124 Geokkjer (7627) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - NOV 24, 2012

This is starting to get a little better, however, it is still an average beer. Needs more body and substance.

Sample at SBWF 2012. Smell of coffee, cream and sugar. Sweet taste with vanilla, coffee and chocolate. Like an iced coffee with low bitterness. Bierkrug (2129) - - OCT 14, 2012
330 ml bottle at the airport in Instanbul, Turkey. Pours a dark brown with a tan head. Aroma is coffee, toffee, more coffee and malt. Taste is sweet toffee with lest coffee at first then comming out in the end. Tasted more like an iced coffee than a beer. Palate is smooth. As long as you don’t think of it as a beer it tastes pretty good. vipinvelp (4427) - Velp, NETHERLANDS - SEP 5, 2012
Again hard to tell color and foam as I drinking from bottle. Aroma is coffee, coffee and coffee. Taste is surpisingly again coffee. Short dry somewhat bittersweet aftertaste. (Istanbul 201209) gnoff (10336) - Mölndal, SWEDEN - JUL 22, 2012
33 cl bottle at Haket, on July 21, 2012pete4999 (1445) - Buffalo, New York, USA - JUL 8, 2012
Dark read to black color, small tan head. Sweet, toffee, alcohol scent. Toffee, coffee taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness.
Bottle as pictured, clear bottle with brown beer. Smells very strongly of coffee, I mean serious coffee smell? Taste is similar but mouthfeel is pretty thin. This is just a meh brown ale. I love coffee beers so I’ll rate this higher than most, probably.
