A hazed brown porter with a thin lacing brown head. Aroma of nutty malt, light roasted coffee, light off notes. In mouth, a smooth roasted malts, light coffee, some light lactic points, a bit offf. On tap at brewery, Jan 7 2011. jcwattsrugger (12420) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - MAY 22, 2009
on tap-pours a light tan head and cloudy brown color. Aroma is mild roasty, caramel/chocolate. Taste is coffee/roasty-medium/dark malt, earthy (fuggles?) hops. Chalky. Medium body. hopscotch (11113) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - JUL 24, 2009
Draft… Hazy, dark, burnt orange ale with a small, creamy, off-white head. Chocolaty, nutty aroma. Medium to full-bodied and mildly creamy with moderate carbonation. Although perfectly balanced, the flavor is thin and boring; nutty and minerally. Roasted, lightly bitter finish.

Tap at OTH.
Pours dark brown, light mocha head.
Aroma of roasted malts, light chocolate.
Taste, some light bitter chocolate, roasted, light hops. Overall taste starts off has a little hoppy followed by a roasted malt middle palate and roasted finish.
Good beer, overly light in body and really not sure how this one is 7% Ibrew2or3 (8614) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - APR 22, 2009
On tap at OTH. It pours brown with copper edges and thin frumpy tan head. The aroma comes across sweet with a touch of caramel then roasted to burnt malts. The taste is much the same with caramel and modest roasty and burnt malts. The caramel note rises into the finish with a bit of dark roasted coffee. Nice stuff. Orlando, Fl. - Rossi’s Pizza - on tap. Neutral aroma with a hint of cocoa. Dark brown pour with a thick mocha colored head. Earthy flavor with some dark potting soil, bitter chocolate, day old coffee and a hint of vanilla in the back end. Nice chalky mouthfeel. Very decent porter - will keep my eye out for this brewer. riversideAK (6261) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - NOV 5, 2009
Roasted nuts, chocolate, and some coffee aroma. Brown to dark brown pour, some foam, not a lot. Roast, nuts, coffee and light chocolate undertones. Rather straightforward. Dry finish. Body is a bit on the thin side. Almost one dimensional, but very drinkable. decaturstevo (6244) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - JUL 16, 2010
Brown pour with frothy tan head and lace. Aroma is chocolate and sour malt. Flavor of chocolate, roasted malt, light coffee, and a nice malt bitter. Medium bodied with good carbonation. A very nice offering.
