2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Canned. Pale yellow coloured. Very light and thin, but clean. Drinkable and refreshing.
33cl can (as "Gull Lite") from Vínbúðin, Borganes. Pours pale golden with a small, white head. Mild grainy aroma with notes of cooked vegetables and hardly anything else. Standard pale lager - watery and slightly grainy with a light bitterness. Gull? Not in my book. And I wonder what all the medals are doing on the can. Not much to write home about.... fiulijn (21022) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 9, 2014

Pale blond color. Light malt and corn aroma. The flavor is almost missing; dry, with low bitterness.
Served from a can on the IcelandAir flight back to Canada. Very similar to regular Gull, just more watery and perhaps a touch sweeter. Like nearly every light lager produced in a large commercial brewery. bjakk (814) - Skagafjordur, ICELAND - MAR 21, 2014
Light yellow, white foam that lasts short time, almost no lacing. Mild sour malt in the aroma. Mild malt, sour with almost no aftertaste. Watery high in carbon. gnoff (10793) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - APR 20, 2013

Can in hotel room, Reykjavik. Clear golden appearance with a white head and decent lacing. Fairly bitter, a little skunky, grainy aroma. Very unbalanced. Simultaneously very sweet pale malty and bitter herbal hoppy flavors as well as an undesirable metallic note. Pass. gunnar (9390) - Sandnes, NORWAY - AUG 12, 2011
Can, courtesy of Sigmund. Pours clear golden with a huge creamy white head. Grainy malty aroma with some wet cardboard. Taste is sweet malty with a dry end. Not too bad, considering this is lite..

500 ml can, from Rúsan, Tórshavn. ABV is 4.4%. Golden colour, moderate white head. Weak aroma, grainy and dusty, just a faint hint of fruit. Fizzy mouthfeel. Bland flavour, grainy and dusty again, very dry, minimal hops, not good at all. fonefan (50616) - VestJylland, DENMARK - MAR 21, 2011
