Appearance - close to opaque black but with some red chinks around the bottom of the glass. A decent head that ends up thin.
Nose - toffee to molasses, light liquorice.
Taste - more sweet toffee.
Palate - medium bodied with a tangy texture and a finish that is a bit sweet.
Overall - a bit too sweet.
Can thanks to Icelandic Victor via Ashton McCobb. Pours dark brown with a thin, short-lived beige head. Aromas of light burnt toffee, metal, light fruit. Taste is thin, sweet, more metallic notes on the finish.

Bottle. Dark brown beer with a red tinge, small tan head. Nose is grains, some roast, sweet jammy notes, dark fruits. Flavor is sweet, berry notes, dark rye bread crust, finishes with fruity jam and spicy notes. Watery body.
