This can (looks just like the picture for St. Bonifatius Premium Craft Beer) is labeled 6.5% by volume; states it is brewed for Egerer; from an Egerer Advent box from the Woodland CostCo. Pours copper with an arguably beige head. Malty aroma. Some fruit. Med body or nearly. Flavor is malty with some arguably grassy hop. Finishes on a sweet note. I do not think this is a Helles. Given the ABV I put the rating here rather than under St. Bonifatius Premium Craft Beer. Sure seems more of a bock than a Helles. The color in my glass is a close match for the color shown in the bottle image here. anstei (2253) - Zurich, SWITZERLAND - MAR 4, 2016
Bottle, courtesy of Koelschtrinker. Is this really a bock? Little more malts than the other two Ehringsdorfer I just drain poured. Taste is okay, but really not more than that. A rather "meh" beer, almost nothing of makes a difference to other styles is missing, and it’s not on purpose. tombyars (1702) - Saltcoats, SCOTLAND - FEB 9, 2016
Tasted this on the 16th January 2016. Thanks to Rene! 500ml bottle poured into a chalice glass. Crystal clear rose in colour with a thin white head which vanished rapidly. Slight malt aroma with very light fragrant notes of watermelon. Very thin mouthfeel and no lacing. Light floral and fruity notes present in the malt base with hints of Champagne and fresh watermelon coming through. Dry almost flinty flavour is evident in the short hopped aftertaste. Finish is malty with a slight tartness of blaeberry present in the palate. An interesting bock but rather light in complexity, very easy to drink at 6.5% and ideal for a hot summer day. Aroma has hay, some peaches. Flavour has fusel‐like alcohol, some grain, hay, distant fruity notes and hints of glue. Finishes with some grassy notes. Looks and tastes like heller bock.
500 ml bottle. Thanks Timo A. Pours a copper golden colour with a white foamy head. Aroma of bread, grass and rather strong grassiness. Flavour of strong bready malts, fennel, biscuit, grass, raisins and grains. Light bodied, dry harsh mouthfeel and a dry malty finish. Carbonation is high. Decent. olio (10286) - Tampere, FINLAND - JUN 5, 2013

Pours clear golden color with a small head. Aroma of fruits, some pale malts, mild juicy notes and some yeast. Flavor of fruits, caramel malts, some grassy notes and butter. Faint toffee too. Slick and fruity palate. Ok.
0,5 l bottle at Timo A’s. Golden to copper color. Sweetish bready and honeyish aroma. Dryer bready taste with toffee, some herbal hops and honey. Tastes a bit old (BB one month ahead).

500ml bottle. Clear amber colour with average to huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally grainy, caramel malty aroma, grassy hoppy overtones. Taste is dry, metallic, subtle malt sweetness. Can’t find anything in this. jfb (6269) - GERMANY - JAN 23, 2013
(bottle) pours a clear amber colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of green apples, caramel and bread dough, with a hint of marzipan and cardboard. flavour is mostly the same, though quite alcoholic, with lots of caramel, some earth and a light herbal-hoppy bitter finish. heavy-bodied with lively carbonation.
