COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
CITRA SINGLE HOP IPA: The first release in our series of three single hop beers. Three of our favorite hops: one grist bill to unite them all. The malt body for these brews is simple, yet elegant, designed to showcase the wonderful hop flavours and aromas. First up is Citra, probably the world’s most renowned hop variety. Is it all its cracked up to be? We decided to put this hops fabulous tropical fruit flavors on display: think lychee, passion fruit and guava, with some ripe stone fruit.

The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a crisp, light, fresh, fruity, light pepper spice, light peppermint hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
