On tap @ Bergen Craft Beer Fest 2017. Pours a cloudy pale golden body with a medium white head. Nose is minerals, farmhouse yeast notes, juniper, wood and hints of sawdust and grains. Taste is juniper, lactic sour notes, farmhouse yeast, wood an hints of grains, cereals and sawdust. Light body, medium to soft carbonation. Very inventive; Eik & Tid has heralded a new era of brewing traditional Norwegian farmhouse styles in a commercial format. Strange flavors, but decent beer.
