On tap at HaandFest. An unclear, yellow colored beer with a small white head. Fruity-sourish aroma with lemon hints, juniper, barnyard funk and a yeasty touch. It's dry and medium bodied, tart and with a nice carbonation level. Some pale malts in the back of the flavor, with lemony, funky sourness, barnyard and a forest-like juniper taste. Sure unusual, sure refreshing. Could I drink a lot of it? Don't know. 170526

150ml draught at HopYard. Misty yellow-straw coloured body. Filmy layer, dotted spots on the glass. Moderate ripe lemon and juniper on the nose. Lemony tartness to the taste profile joined by herbs, yeasty fruitiness and juniper. Dry and tart fruity ending. Satisfying, without being a favourite. (Oslo 07.02.2018).

On tap @ Apollon. This is a cloudy pale straw yellow one with a nice big slowly fading dense white head on the top. Lots of lacings. It's mildly sourish on the aroma. Pickled lemons, green strawberries, sorrel and a refreshing green salt stone freshness. Smells refresh and nice. Yeah, this was rather nice. My first one from Eik & Tid and I quite liked this. Definitely on the sour and refreshing side. Still, there's something a little unusual here. Lots of sorrel sourness, lactic. It feels almost a little salty. Tartish, more lemon peel. Sour sea buckthorn in the finish. Quite a nice one this. 06.01.2018

ClubGonzo (5683) - Bergen, NORWAY - AUG 28, 2017
On tap @ Bergen Craft Beer Fest 2017. Pours a cloudy pale golden body with a medium white head. Nose is minerals, farmhouse yeast notes, juniper, wood and hints of sawdust and grains. Taste is juniper, lactic sour notes, farmhouse yeast, wood an hints of grains, cereals and sawdust. Light body, medium to soft carbonation. Very inventive; Eik & Tid has heralded a new era of brewing traditional Norwegian farmhouse styles in a commercial format. Strange flavors, but decent beer.
