Cunningham (8459) - Halden, NORWAY - SEP 30, 2017
A quite strange brew. Went from highly over carbonated to quite flat in no time at all. Made it quite unfresh and not very inviting. A bit sad, because I think I would be a quite ok beer. Very prominent raspberry flavor and aroma.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 18.09.17. Slightly hazy golden, with a hue of red. Fine aroma of raspberries. Taste combination of raspberries, pale malt and beer is not entirely successful.

Duggfrisk 2016. Golden-orange color with an off-white head. Aroma is yeast, malt, hop. Flavor is yeast, malt, hop, raspberries, hay, malt. Medium body. OK beer.

330 ml bottle. Unclear orange body with a big off-white head. Aroma is mild malty with raspberries and hint of Saison yeast. Flavor is mild pale malt and raspberries. No lactose detected. Quite plain and straight forward sasion with teaberries. Absolutly decent but nothing exiting going on here.

Pours a cloudy orange to red body, with lots of small grey sediments suspended in the fluid. The light pink head is huge, everlasting and laces the glass excellently. Strong aroma of acidic and tart raspberries, generic fruits and minerals, and with yeasty funky hints in the back. The acidic raspberries dominates the strong flavour, with additional notes of minerals and even some liquorice in the back. Any traces of saison yeast is effectively drowned by the berries. Very little sweetness, this is a bone dry brew. Light to moderate acidic flavour with a moderate to light bitter finish. Light body, moderate carbonation. I think I prefer my saisons without berries.

metalspice (1103) - Jevnaker, NORWAY - AUG 6, 2016
Brunorange med lavt skum. Bringebær dominerer duften sammen med noe gress. Bringebær også i smaken. Noe besk avslutning og ikke så frisk som jeg håpet.

Golden with a pinkish tint and a white head - Raspberry aroma - Malt body with raspberry flavour with some tart notes - The raspberries and tartness goes into the finish - This was nice

Palme (4832) - Bergen, NORWAY - JUL 9, 2016
0.33l bottle from #046. It looks quite nice in the glass this one. A warm reddish amber colored cloudy body under a tall almost a little pinkish lasting and lacing head. Nice raspberries and a little sugary strawberries on the nose. Fresh, quite inviting. Slightly acidic sourness from the raspberries. Like what I smell. It’s quite high and super creamy growing on the carbonation this. Tastes good also. Raspberries dominates of course, it’s also a little grassy and in lack of a better word "green". Quite out there on the dry path. Traces of almond and cherry compot in the finish and almost a little artificial fruity tail. A nice experiment. 09.07.2016

Bottle, batch 46. Pours orange with a pink hue, and a big creamy head. Aroma is tart, with raspberries and fruit candy, as well as some minerals, wood and hay. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Sharp lactic flavour, with notes of raspberries, fruit peel, and unripe fruit, as well as hay and grassy notes. Lingering lactic finish.

yngwie (17262) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUN 29, 2016
Bottle. It’s an unclear golden colored beer with a dense, finger-thick white head. Some lacing occur. The aroma has raspberries dominating, but there’s also a chalky yeast hint and some saison-ish peppery fruityness. It’s quite berry-sour on the palate, medium bodied and semi-dry, with a quite high level of carbonation, in a nice way. Raspberry makes up most of the flavor too, leaving little room for the malts and yeast. Raspberry finish too, with some hayish, almost cardboardish notes in the very end. Not bad this one, but it seems it hasn’t fermented and settled properly before being bottled. 160629
