33cl bottle. Clear pale gold, fizzy short-lived white head. Aroma of pils malt and grasses. Taste is pils malt, grass, some apple. I would say it is tangy as noted in the description, and it is also fairly bitter for a pilsener. Decent.

En god skarp smag af humle. En fin balance i llen, der (hvis der skal vre noget galt) s er den lidt for syrlig.

Grassy and grainy nose and flavor. Typical look and feel for the Euro sub-style. Pretty average across the board, but pleasant enough.

The beer really good suites the summer and it is really good against thirsty feelings. Brewed at the same brewery of the fames Bock Beer. Worth every penny. Contains hop, hop extract and malts. Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a crystal clear light golden color with a small white head. The aroma is a mild hop scent with some grass or grain added. The taste is a rather big hop flavor with some citrus and salt added. A good Pils.

On tap. This beer pours a very clear golden yellow with a white head. The aroma is of sweet malt and a bit of floral hops. The taste is clean. It starts off malty and finishes with a nice hop touch. Compared to all the boring, uniform tasting German Pilseners out there, this is a cut above. This is an excellent example of a modern German Pilsener.

UPDATED: AUG 20, 2016 Gotta love how they serve it at Thinking Man - in a ceramic mug, almost a stein. Or does this qualify? Pours clear golden with a nice ivory head. Aroma is crisp, malty, fruity, and strong for a pils. Crisp, malty flavor has pear, apple and hoppy notes - an enjoyable brew. Mouthfeel features firm body and firm, persistent fizz. Prost!
