Bottle from Merchants. Aroma is caramel malt, anise, almost iced tea, roasted malt, old time candy, good. Appearance is brown, light tan head, clear. Taste is roasted malt, dry, anise, earthy hops, maybe light chocolate, old time candy, I really can’t put my finger on that flavor. Mouthfeel is light body, light carbonation, roasted malt and old time candy flavor aftertaste. Overall, it’s very pleasant.

Pours a dark black with a thin tan head. Aroma of malt and a hint of chocolate. Taste follows the nose but it disappears quickly, not bad but watery.
