jfb (6617) - GERMANY - DEC 14, 2011
(bottle) pours a slightly hazy copper colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of heavy grain and sweet spices, marzipan, caramel. flavour is mostly the same, lots of grain, with a light alcohol presence and a medium bitter finish. medium to heavy-bodied with average carbonation.

jonas (8035) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - JUL 3, 2011
Bottle. Juniper spicy nose. Cloudy orange, offwhite head. Spicy, honeyroasted base, tastes stronger than it is - bottle is wellagered though, might have fermented on. Dry yet chewy mouthfeel. Molassis and light metallic grassy hop aftertaste, quick finish.

laiti (8513) - Tampere, FINLAND - JUN 27, 2011
50 cl bottle, BBE 27.06.11
Rather light aroma for a bock, some spices and aged fruits. Flavour has some spices and well-aged apricot. Some solvent also. An OK bock, but definitely nothing more.

pivnizub (10804) - Bochum, Porř, GERMANY - FEB 5, 2011
Bottle: Hazy, copper coloured, rather quickly diminishing fluffy off-white head; sweet darkmalty and fruity nose, completed by the inevitable yeasty touch and a faint hoppy background; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied and a bit fizzy; sweet caramelly and fruity finish, accompanied by a distinctive bitterness and a slight touch of alcohol in the aftertaste. Be caraful, it can cause flatulences.....

Bottle 500ml. @ home.

Clear light dark amber color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dusty, keller. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110124]

culchiem (4151) - Berlin, GERMANY - JAN 13, 2011
Bottle. Murky redish brown with a thin head. Aroma of hay hops. Flavour has some caramel with hops in the background. Finish is sweet with a hop palate. Lively beer.

ogivlado (8097) - Zagreb, CROATIA - JAN 10, 2011
Bottled 500ml. -trade with kappldav123 (thanks David!)
Clear amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, malty nose with hint of alcohol. The taste is surprisingly weak; sweet malty slight fruity and caramellish with touch of alcohol in the finish. Quite watery also.

Ungstrup (38380) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - DEC 27, 2010
Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a dry bready finish.

Marko (6088) - Split / Zagreb, CROATIA - DEC 23, 2010
Bottle that ogivlado got in a trade with kappldav123 and shared with me (thanks!)
Poured a nice murky red-amber body with a thick white head. Unimpressive malty nose, bit yeasty, somewhat sticky, very light alcohol. Dry, too dry empty taste, very light taste, malt, vague orangey notes but, in any case, a letdown.
