Dedollewaitor (16178) - Odense, DENMARK - NOV 5, 2011
Bottle @ Ulfborg, Early Winter Tasting, 2011. Pours dark amber with a small creamy head and lacings. Nose is heavy DMS - rubber and vegetables. Dark sugar and unfermented wort. Flavor is vaguely roasted and syrupy. Some liquorice. Medium bodied

yngwie (17078) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - NOV 5, 2011
Bottle. It pours a clear, chestnut colored body and a small, dense, light beige head. Raisins, generic dried fruits, grains and some roasted malts on the nose. The flavor has a pleasant roasted malty backdrop, with raisins, more raisins and a coffee touch. Some bitterness chimes in. Dry, medium bodied and smooth. Roasted finish. A quite pleasant one, but nothing extraordinary. 111105

ogivlado (7856) - Zagreb, CROATIA - OCT 24, 2011
Bottled 500ml. -Reddish brown coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, caramel and soy sauce (oh yes) in the nose. Mild roasted malt, caramel and a bit lactic with notes of brown sugar in the finish. Also a bit stale. Huge disappointment.

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2012 Bottle bought directly in Einsiedel. Looks good, but I liked the bottle of the retired St. Peter schwarzbier more. Beer in the glass very dark, almost black. Starts malty, modest dry, not too much. More dry than sweet, some earthy notes. Finish could be more balanced, but still quite drinkable. Not bad, but I liked the Echt Einsiedler Böhmisch Schwarzbier more.

Another Einsiedler from ogivlado (thanks!)
This poured a brown-amber body with a medium sized off white head that went away slowly. Dusty, dry malty nose, oily, raisins. Eh. Dull taste, crappy perfumey soy sauce (??), raisins, slightly salty and acidic. Meaty. Ends dull too, dry, not pleasant. Eh, sorry, but this one was a wreck. I’ll try it again to see if it was just a bad batch or bottle or something...

Notes de cacau tant en nas com en boca molt lleugeres. Li falta cos i estructura. Repeteixo que no és el meu estil de cervesa. Molt lleugera. Tot i això la relació qualitat-preu és bona. Cervesa correcte.
