It’s golden with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt, grain and fruit. The flavour has light notes of malt, dry citrus, fruit, light caramel and it ends on a dry note. Refreshing.

SHIG (4964) - Wasilla, Alaska, USA - SEP 13, 2008
Draught: Poured a yellow color with a white head. Aroma was hops and grains. Taste was a smooth malt and grain with just enough hops to make it not so bland.

The bottle lloks good, a little bit different than all the other Einsiedler-bottles. The beer in the glass is okay. Modest fruity aroma. Tastes modest dry, not too hard, very drinkable. Good beer.

pivnizub (10769) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - OCT 29, 2006
Bottle: Pale golden, medium-sized white head, quickly diminishing to a small, foamy layer, visible carbonation; distinctive sweet-malty, a bit doughy nose with a grassy, almost metallic hoppiness in the wings; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, soft MF; bitter sweet-malty finish with a very little matallic tinge. Quite good, could be better rounded....................

Geiserich (4577) - Linz, AUSTRIA - AUG 24, 2006
Bottled: Pale golden color, lowish head. Quite overall pils. Grainy flavor, only light (dry) bitterness.
