COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

*Old rating. Best before 21.06.06.

Geruch hefig, fruchtig, bananig. Geschmack hefig, bananig fruchtig, minimal würzig.

Light Brown color with a high turbidity. High but short head. Fruity aromas, banana but also red berries and dry fruits. Also some toasty and caramel notes. In mouth it present a light but nice flavor. Taste is not intense: A bit acid but mainly bitter. Maybe it has a too watery sensation. Not bad beer. Aroma is the most interesting aspect. Filip

The bottle looks good - like all Einsiedler-bottles. Not much alcohol for a hefeweizen (4,7%). The beer is too dry and too less fruity. And it’s too clear in the glass. I think, the hefeweizens should be kept to bavaria.

Bottle. [Courtesy of Papsoe, another great tasting session] Large fin bubbly white head that mostly diminished. Clear flat body with a yellow color. Aroma of wheat, banana, coriander, yeast, citrus and maybe light butter like notes. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. Light sweet and acidic flavor. Light sweet finish. 27-07-07
