COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
American and Bavarian craft come together with the finest Icelandic water to create the Viking version of the Pale Ale, where robust hoppiness meets smooth malty undertones. Cascade hops give it the American character, while Northern Brewer hops add just enough bitterness to make this Ale refreshingly Icelandic.

Flaska.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden colour with a fairly large offwhite head. There’s a lot of carbo in there, looks very fizzy. Smells hops, malts, fresh, grains. Tastes malty, grains, some hops. Not as hoppy as I hoped when I read pale ale on the bottle. Medium body, too much carbo as predicted.

Was expecting a bit more from this one. Malty-sweet in the nose; taste is quite subtile and very conservatively hopped. Disappointing body.

Bought at an airport in Iceland and given to me as a present. Smells malty and ever so hoppy. Pours a medium brown with a tinge of red. Small foamy head that disappears immediately into heavy lacing. Taste is sweet, malty and a slight hop note. Good carbonation. Next to no aftertaste. Overall this beer went down smooth and was well balanced. I was very happy with this beer, and would buy it/try it again. MB. The Beer "Bear" on

330ml bottle at The House of Belgium, Xiamen. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma of malt. Mostly sweet taste, some bitterness. Drinkable if unexciting.

Bottle from OddBins Portobello. Good pale ale. Small white head. Fruity and hoppy.

AssKicker (464) - Strasbourg, FRANCE - APR 30, 2017

Cavie (4654) - Arlington, Texas, USA - APR 29, 2017
Enjoyed at BTBF 2017. Clear orange color, light head. Sweet grainy aroma, light hops. No esters. Sweet toasty malt flavor. Easy finish.

AaronIPAAPA (180) - Warsaw, POLAND - APR 26, 2017
Karmel, chmiel, trochę cytrusów. Coś pomiędzy APA i ESB. Nic nadzwyczajnego.
