COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
American and Bavarian craft come together with the finest Icelandic water to create the Viking version of the Pale Ale, where robust hoppiness meets smooth malty undertones. Cascade hops give it the American character, while Northern Brewer hops add just enough bitterness to make this Ale refreshingly Icelandic.

Pours a clear, dark gold with a moderate white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma of biscuits. Tastes somewhat Germanic. Actually, tastes more like a strong pilsner than a pale ale. Good carbonation. Decently bitter. Overall, a decent ale that is an interesting marriage of a German pilsner and an American IPA.

really refreshing. It doesn’t taste as high percentage as it is. It was really light and very enjoyable.

Clear, amber color. Medium-sized , white head . Malt dominates in aroma with some fruity notes. Malty taste , balanced by decent hoppy bitterness. Bitter and astringent finish. Fair pale ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at home on 25th December 2016, received as gift. Pours copper with thick rapid diminishing creamy white non lacing foam. Very fruity aroma with berries and sweet malts. A pungent taste in-mouth, with sweet citrus, yeasty notes and astringency. Tart citrus in the finish. Full-on carbonation and medium body.

Bottle, Tommi Burger. Drunk from bottle, colour unknown. Quite a malty pale ale, nicely avoiding caramel harshness, with a modest but refreshing fruity hop note. Medium to light finish. I wasn’t overexcited about trying this, but it’s actually ok. Could be nice on cask, actually.

Sample. Clear light golden with foamy head that fades quickly. Cascade hops are prominent in the aroma. Citrus and pine i think. Not my thing
