With clear notes of espresso, dark chocolate and a hint of authentic Icelandic coffee, this Porter is dark and rich, offering a medium body that is robust, yet smooth on the palate and easy to drink. There’s no need to be afraid of the dark anymore.

Pours dark brown, almost black with very light head which disappears very quickly. Aroma is alcohol, some acid, nutmeg, some dark bread. Taste is soft, espresso, nuts, creamy, some vegetable oil, chocolate. Light beer, but can be better.

gaudinosmotors (21) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - JUL 10, 2016
UPDATED: JUL 10, 2016 On the lighter side of a medium bodied Porter but fine for it. Earthy coffee with dark chocolate underneath it. A hint of blood orange there too. Smells cracking. Perfect Porter for a warmer night. Save the heavier bodies for the winter.

skortila (5852) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - JUL 9, 2016
Bottled. 33cl sample. The aroma has roast, bit coffee, chocolate, hint of dark fruit. Black coloured beer with a medium sized beige head. The taste is light bitter and has roast, coffee, hint of red fruit. Medium bodied beer. Nice.

emartell (352) - Zapopan, Jalisco, MEXICO - JUL 8, 2016
Notas a café, chocolate, maltas tostadas.
