COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Pours a golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is sweet malt, fruit, candy, vanilla and some floral hops. Taste is also sweet malt, fruit, vanilla some coconut and some woody notes leading to a lightly sweet and fruity finish with small bitterness. Nice and complex, very impressed.

Amber color quite hazy and a nice foam that keeps a lacing until the end. Aroma is slightly woody hints of hops and sweetness, perceptible alcohol. Flavor is balanced between sweetness and bitterness, Medium carbonations. Mouthfeel is quite sweet but with a bitter end.

Bottle celebrating the 10th anniversary of the brewery. A golden yellow beer with a lacing white head. Aroma is fruity and flowery, notes of coconut and wood. Taste is sweet, lots of coconut and vanilla. Dry end with wood notes. Milky texture. Quite interesting beer. Very different from regular doppelbocks
