Hazy dull straw colour. Very thin head, otherwise this looks pretty German, something a lot of new world examples struggle with. The aroma is lightly spicy, lightly yeasty and with just a hint of banana and wheat. Has a medium body, not all that sweet. Not very complex, but there is some yeastiness and light banana. The lack of sweetness stands as a strong point in a world of sugary weizenbier. A touch of acidity late and you have a pretty well-balanced example. TBone (18017) - Pori, FINLAND - JUL 27, 2005

Hazy yellow, small white head. Nose is yeasty, sugary-caramelly sweet, some banana notes. Dry and wheaty. Very light and watery pale hefeweizen.
Bottle poured a cloudy gold with a lingering ring of white foam. Aromas of wheat, yeast, light banana and light clove. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of wheat, yeast, citrus and light banana with a crisp finish. Skinnyviking (9674) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 17, 2007
Bottle. High white fluffy but lasting head. Hazy yellow body. Barley malt can be spotted in the aroma which is otherwise characterised by the expected swet banana. Interesting flavor of banana lemon and a well chosen amount of carbonation. Long aftertaste. SudsMcDuff (8468) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - JAN 19, 2010

A light banana aroma.looks okay, somewhat cloudy. The flavor is thinning, with a fair amount of wheat, too much actually, and a thin banana. Disappointing, actually, though it improves as it warms up. DonMagi (5593) - bantervile, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 11, 2009
Bottle at home thanks to the bosses. Alround rating: Moderatly wheaty character, hops are slightly lemon and herbal, pale malt is steady all the way through. Faily easy to drink. JohnRMurdoch (4999) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - AUG 31, 2010

Bottled in Porto Alegre. Yay, you can taste german brazil finally. Pours a cloudy bright gold with a decent sized fizzy head, a bit on the light side but to be expected. As good a weiz as you’re going to find in Brazil.
