Draught at Brueghal, Toulouse. Rather plain yellow Lager. Good lacing and a malty, biscuit aroma. Very fizzy, and flavoured like dry, salty bread. Uninspiring. omhper (25538) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - DEC 19, 2004
UPDATED: JUL 20, 2007 Bottled. Golden colour, creamy head. Grassy aroma. Dry with rounded buttery maltiness. Fairly well hopped, good bitterness. A solid, pilsnerish lager. Spiesy (2338) - Sydney, Greater London, AUSTRALIA - FEB 4, 2004
Draught, at Bordeaux Airport, France. Golden larger, served with a large fluffy grey head. Sour doe aroma and flavour. Flavour is sharply sour with a medium sweet and sour finish. Burnt toffee comes through right at the very end. P-tor44 (886) - Anchorage, Alaska, USA - AUG 21, 2003
Golden color with an average sized head that is completely filled with large bubbles. Lagerish sharpness to the nose. Its really just kind of swilly lager tasting but its Basque so slightly interesting. BroueNeault (158) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 10, 2003
Not impressed with this one. It is just another typical commercial lager. Not much aroma, not much taste.
