Pours a clear light golden color with a lot of streaming bubbles. There is a thin white head that didn’t stick around for too long. The aroma is bready and sweet lightly roasted malts. The taste is bready and quite malty. There is not much hop presence and the body is rather light. The drinkability is super high and I highly recommend you give it a try. Not a good Pils. Pretty standard appearance and aroma and a somewhat industrial taste. massingasetta (781) - München, GERMANY - FEB 8, 2015
This beer has everything you expect in a slightly bitter Pils, with very little frills. This makes the beer very drinkable, yet still one would expect more variance from a beer from Krombach. This is a non-nonscence Pils that has absolutely no frills. rondphoto (4494) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - JAN 18, 2015
bottle @ Party Source / Bellevue KY --- Clear medium amber with a foamy 2" white head, bubbly bands of lace. Good looking (like the 1950 era beer ads). Aroma of malt and corn. Taste is malt that adds floral hops on the swallow, showing a bit of clay as it moves on to a lingering bittered finish. A light brew, but a reasonable pilsener. Semi sweet light malt aroma, pils malt, light floral and fruity hop. Clear, golden yellow, white head. Crisp, refreshing, light citrus flavor, mild hop bitterness, clean.

Una buona pilsener con un buon grado alcolico. Aspetto molto limpido e dorato, corpo medio, luppolatura giusta YantarCoast (1512) - Moscow, RUSSIA - NOV 9, 2014
500ml can from local booze store. Pours pale gold with a small white head. Nice lacing. Aroma of floral hops. Well balanced and drinkable. cazort (568) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 18, 2014
(Bottle) From State Line Liquors, MD. I was pleasantly surprised by this one...the commercial description hints at being maltier, and I agree, it’s a little maltier than typical for a Pilsner. Still pleasantly hoppy though and not too heavy. Very enjoyable. Among the best of the bottled German Pilsners I’ve tried in the US. slowrunner77 (12804) - Reno, Nevada, USA - OCT 2, 2014
"a pretty good example of the style. bready but still crisp with even a little bit of a hop bite. overall, a refreshing and well balanced beer. especially good in summer, though i just had one and it’s 34 outside!"

The 6th and final Lager/Pilsner on 15th Sep 2014 during a tasting session with my son. This was the best of a pretty poor bunch! half litre bottle: BBD 2nd Mar 2015. Good looking brew, golden, clean and bright with a full white crown: just like a Pilsner should appear like. The nose was thin, like most in this style, there was a hint of hop bitterness but nothing much. The taste was a crisp hop bitter flavour and very little malt sweetness compared to the other brews we shared during the evening. A good solid Pilsner although it only stood out because the others were so sweet and bland.
