COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Aroma of fermented fruit, apples. Taste is little sweet, apples, tangy fruit or maybe wooden notes. Very good for the price.

750 bottle shared with Sarah on holiday in Fuertaventra. A clear pale green gold coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is spicy apple, woody pips and bark, little bile. Flavour is composed of sweet and tangy, apple and a hint of wood. Spicy finish. Palate is medium sweet, frothy airy carbonation. A bit sweet for my tastes.

Straight from bottle at the beach of Abades, Tenerife. Sweet red apples. Light nuttiness, tannin. Over medium sweet. Medium body, sticky sweet. Non dry. Soft carbonation. Hints of blue cheese in the finish. Too sweet for my liking.

From a corked 75cl bottle at Mercadonna. Straw blond colour. Nice carbonation. The apple taste is only slightly sweet. The cork seems to give it a wild, funky edge.

Bottle from random gas pump in Oviedo. Not a very complex sidra, rather simple and rather sweet. However you can taste simple pleasant apple flavour with no added BS. Good table sidra.

Clear golden colour with white head. Apples on the aroma, with dryness and sweetness. Good carbonation. Sweet flavour, with moderate tart apples and a dry and medium sour finish.

Vernünftiger Cider ohne große Sprünge. Angenehm in der süße, leicht sauer zum Schluss. Äpfelchen, etwas Zitrone und vielleicht Pfirsich. Nett.

Bottle from local supermarket on Mallorca. The sidra has got a clear vanilla-golden colour with a good carbonation and mild body. Aroma of sugar and red apples. Taste of red apples, oak, barrel, leaves and sugar. Easy drinkable and refreshing, yet nothing special.
