A slightly hazy amber appearance. Piny earthy, grapefruit rind scents. Deliciously balanced hoppy but smooth. IPA flavor pleasantly stains your mouth. TheCrowsNest (76) - Redondo Beach, California, USA - APR 7, 2013
Bright copper, good lacing. Spicy mango and tropical fruit, bright. Well balanced malt lends to a sweet, fruity hop profile. Full bodied and dry.

Bottle courtesy of DarthKostritzer. Cheers, Cory! Pours a pretty hazy copper color with an off-white head. Nose is nice caramel backbone to a guava, passionfruit, blood orange, apricot, kumquat, and pluot beer. Flavor is very assertive with guava, papaya, passion fruit up front followed by some nice caramel leading into mildly bitter finish. Medium in body and awesome overall. skmikeg (1826) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 21, 2013
Pours a dark orange-amber with a one finger off white head with nice lacing. Aroma is of pine resin, citrus (a lot of grapefruit) tropical fruit (a lot of passion fruit) sweet malts, and caramel. Taste is similar the aroma but has even more sweet malts, caramel, and maybe a little toffee. Has a medium body with a creamy, slimy mouthfeel, and a slight dry, moderately bitter, medium long finish. Overall, a pretty tasty well balaced DIPA that has a soild malt backbone to back up its hoppyness.

Bomber poured a clear orange amber with a lasting amber head. Aromas of caramel, orange zest, tropical fruit, peach and pink grapefruit. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of caramel, grapefruit, tangerine, light tropical fruit and a hint of pine with a smooth dry bitter lingering citrus finish. PhilJackson80 (531) - Oklahoma, USA - FEB 10, 2015
22 oz Bottle. Tasted on 2/10/15. Bottle from Holiday Wine Cellar. This was a very good IPA... I preferred Hop Tanker to this but was still very nice.

Huge floral aroma, with citrus, caramel and alcohol. Flavor similar with orange, lemon peel and caramel. Bitterish finish. Oily mouth feel.. Hopped_Silly (418) - California, USA - APR 20, 2013
Deep, rusty orange color.. Ripe, tropical overtones.. Layers of mango, peach, apricot jam, pineapple, and resinous herbs.. Bitterness is undercut by a malt sweetness that makes this beer more approachable for those that dislike extremely bitter IPA's, though still want a hoppy beer. Big, ripe, concentrated tropical aromas and flavors. Round mouthfeel, little bitterness. Kinda a hedonistic IPA.

22 oz. bottle, sent from Neillago (thanks a lot, Neil), pours a hazy golden orange with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out loads of resinous hops, pine, and some dry caramel malt. Flavour is uber dry ad hoppy, with loads of dry pine, floral hops, and just enough crackery malt to back. Super dry and refreshing, with a lingering hoppy astringency. Bitter and dry, just how I love my IIPAs. Excellent.
