Bottle via Lubiere. Dirty amber with a tan head. Caramel malt with a strong resin hop presence, mixed tropical citrus with some stronger orange and lemon rind notes. Moderate carbonation and body, bittersweet, slightly dry, citrus finish. batneil (798) - - JUN 26, 2015
Hoppy, and overall not bad. Not quite as in-your-face as some strong IPAs, which is to its detriment. GRM (4201) - Aylmer, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 5, 2015

A dark golden DIPA with a thin off white head. In aroma, nice fruity caramel malt with smooth floral hops, resinous and piney, light sweaty notes, citrus pulp, nice. In mouth, a nice lightly sweet caramel malt with light treacle, floral resinous hops, light oxidation character, pleasant. Homer321 (5202) - Melboring, Florida, USA - JUL 18, 2014
Draft at Toronado. Nose is a caramel with some slight grassiness. Taste is slightly sweet. Ok but a bit too sweet for my taste. Would like for flavor/aroma hops.

7.75% Cloudy amber - brown beer. Good pale cream coloured head. Palate is slightly soft and semi dry with fine carbonation. Soft caramel malt base. Big resinous hops. Bitterish pine and lesser skunk and grass. Mild hop sting. Balances well with the sweet malt. Semi dry finish. Pretty drinkable.
This is a very tasty IPA. Good hop flavor with a touch of sweetness which I really like Ibrew2or3 (8860) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - APR 24, 2013
12oz bottle pours clear copper with a thin light tan head of foam. The modest aroma offers up sweetness and fruity notes like citrus hard candy and a dash of cherry candy. The aroma doesn’t deliver much hoppiness but the taste sure does. I get resiny bitter hops that start out pine sap like and then climb into grapefruit and orange peel. To midway it picks up off notes of sweet cherry esters as well as some biscuit malts. These last two notes pull the IIPA apart at the seams. alexanderj (3605) - Branson, Missouri, USA - MAR 26, 2013
Bottle; poured a dark orange/caramel color with a big frothy, off white head. Aroma of caramel, alcohol, and fruit. Flavor also was fairly malty; some nice sweetness. Some earthy and fruity hops. The earthiness lingers a bit. Fairly hot for the abv. Palate had a nice finish to it. Really just ok for the style.
