Porter brassata con uva passa, zucchero candito, zenzero e scorza d’ arancia: da sorseggiare nell’oscurita della notte (o con un paio di occhiali da sole).

Black color, light brown head. Roasted, a tad sweet, light fruity, minerals taste. Roasted, mineral, light bitter aftertaste. Medium, a bit flat, mouthfeel. Medium low bitterness. Mild toffee scent.

Aromat intrygujący, na pierwszym planie rodzynki, kojarza sie troche z jeżynami, na drugim troche kawy, bardzo fajny. Barwa czarna, nieprzejrzysta, piana kiepska. W smaku lekkie, wytrawne, brakuje troche ciala, czuc dodatki. Alkoholu nie czuć, kwaskowe na finiszu, goryczki brak, palonosci tez. Ciekawa interpretacja portera.

Bottle. Dark brown beer, small tan head. Nose is roasty, pea notes, chocolate, apples. Flavor is roast and apples, chocolate, soy notes, spice and dark fruit. Finishes with dry roast and apples, mild acidity, some ash. Fairly drinkable, apple-dusty-ashy notes are a bit strange.
