Craft Clerkenwell 2nd Birthday Bonanza! Light haze on this amber beer, little off white head. Palate is smooth with fine carbonation. Smooth and creamy malt base, slight toffee streak. Sweetish hops - mostly generic fruit but peach and mango are identifiable. Touch of pine. Finishes semi dry. Nice sweetish DIPA - very drinkable.
Keg at CBC Clerkenwell during the Second Birthday Celebration - London. Pours clear, deep gold with a creamy white head. Big ripe tropical fruit aroma, light cheese, orange, papaya. Big sweet flavor with more ripe and juicy tropical fruits, mango, papaya, light alcohol punch, sweet bread. Full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Juicy and fruity to finish, lightly warming, slightly resinous, with pale wood and further notes of mango and papaya. Not the most subtle DIPA out there but pretty tasty. fiulijn (20427) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 17, 2013

Hazy light amber color, with medium sized head. Nice aroma, toffee, cookie dough, hop resins, and oranges. Full bodied, but with clean mouthfeel; very nice flavor of caramel and toffee, with moderate residual sweetness, well blending with the hop resins and bitter orange; long and balanced final.
Quite vibrant and fresh example, clean and more drinkable than many American ones.
