When I then pour the beer, it was a dark brown color. The foam was a little hard to get started and had early media bubbles and disappeared very quickly, leaving no trace behind. The first fragrance that came even though it was a little bit away from the feeling of Julmust. When you then took the glass to your nose so you can find a lot scents. Little malty aroma with subsequent fruit aromas, orange, lemon and rye bread. Then comes the little citrus aromas that culminates in spices and a slight aroma of toffee. A slight malty flavor that brings out coffee and some knäckiga tones. Then come notes of rye bread and a little tunare tones of orange, coffee, licorice and spice. There are some hints of lemon in the background.

Bottled (from Systembolaget, Umeå). More or less pitch black colour with a mediumsized brown head. Aroma is toasted and quite malty notes along with some leather, chocolate and mild ashy notes. Flavour is roasted malts, some chocolate, mild nuttiness as well as some slight floral and bitter notes in the finish. Wellbalanced and quite nice.

olio (10673) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAY 9, 2015
50 cl bottle. BBE 23.08.2016.
Pours dark brown, almost black color with a medium sized off-white head. Chocolaty aroma with cocoa notes, slightly fruity, some roasted notes with a hint of vanilla. Quite harsh bitterness on the palate, feels very thin also, mild chocolate and roasted malt notes on the flavor, orange and some gooseberries. Carbonation is also a bit too strong making this feel even more thin. Not very pleasant.
